Licence

Meliska is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). These terms add only what is specific to Meliska.

Free, with optional tips

Every game in Meliska is free and stays free, with no ads and no subscriptions. Tips are optional, one-time In-App Purchases that support the developer; they unlock nothing and can be left again at any time. Apple charges them to the Apple Account that confirms the purchase.

Tips are not refundable by us, because we never receive your payment details. If a tip was made by mistake, you can ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Content

The games, pictures and sounds of Meliska are made for it or licensed for it. You may enjoy them in the app; you may not copy them out of it or sell them.

No warranty

Meliska is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working on every supported iPhone and iPad, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of faults. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it.
