Privacy Policy

In short

• No accounts, no sign-in, no names, no photos.
• No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party code of any kind.
• No internet connection: every game works offline, and the app sends nothing anywhere.
• No microphone, camera, location, contacts or photo library.

Who is responsible

Meliska is made by Maksym Melnychuk, an independent developer and a dad, who is responsible for this policy. You can reach him at support@maxfromzero.com.

What stays on the device

Meliska remembers a few settings only on the device itself, so the games are as you left them: the age a grown-up chose, the games marked as favourites, the puzzles finished and the last paint chosen in Coloring. They never leave the device. Deleting the app erases them.

Where a game says a word aloud (a number, a colour, a shape), it uses the speech built into iOS and iPadOS, on the device.

Tips

Grown-ups can leave an optional tip to support the developer. Tips unlock nothing: every game is free for everyone. They are offered only in the grown-ups’ area, behind a parental gate, and are paid through Apple’s In-App Purchase. Apple handles the payment under its own privacy policy (www.apple.com/legal/privacy); we receive no payment details and nothing that identifies you.

Children

Meliska is made for children and is in the App Store’s Kids category. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, there is nothing to consent to and nothing to share. It follows Apple’s rules for kids’ apps, the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation and the UK Age Appropriate Design Code.

Everything meant for grown-ups (settings, tips and the link to this page) sits behind a parental gate: hold the lock for two seconds, then type the numbers spelled out on the screen.

Your rights

Since we hold no data about you or your child, there is nothing for us to show you, correct or delete. If you have any question about privacy, write to support@maxfromzero.com and we will answer.

Changes to this policy

If Meliska ever changes how it handles data, this page will be updated first, with a new date at the top. We will never start collecting data from children.
